Lesson Cancellation & Booking Policy

To help lessons run smoothly and fairly for all pupils, please note the following terms.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate, as the time reserved is difficult to fill at short notice.
• If you do not attend a booked lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will apply.
• To keep your regular lesson slot secured, please ensure your lesson credit or account balance is kept up to date. If credit becomes low or runs out, the space may be offered to another pupil.
• Advance booking and payment help guarantee your preferred lesson times and maintain consistency in your learning.
• Occasionally, lessons may need to be rearranged due to circumstances outside of our control (illness, vehicle issues, severe weather). In these cases, every effort will be made to offer an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
